Supporting ProCSI

ProCSI (Promoting the Computational Science Initiative) is a free residential program that allows enthusiastic and qualified under-represented high school students to experience the life of a college student for one week: students take lab tours, take part in hands-on educational modules about Computational Science, meet university researchers, and have fun at the Memorial Union. Now in its 8th year, ProCSI relies on funding from the community to continue offering this program for free every summer. Please consider making a small donation to this cause. Your contribution ensures that future students can take part in this opportunity to experience cutting-edge STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) research. Programs like ProCSI play an essential role in encouraging young people of diverse backgrounds to pursue careers in engineering. Now, more than ever, you can make a big difference.
With the exception of two paid chaperons, all ProCSI organizers are volunteering their time.

Please contact Professor Dan Negrut if you are interested in supporting the ProCSI outreach program.
